We aim for fair, no-friction refunds in genuine cases.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable, because the funds go straight to running the platform once received. We will refund a donation in two cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duplicate payment:<\/strong> you sent the same donation twice by mistake. Contact us within 14 days with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate in full.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unauthorised payment:<\/strong> the payment was made without your consent (e.g. by a family member using your account). We will refund and close the affected donation order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a refund is issued, the Arta Coins credited for that donation are reversed at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certificates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificates of completion are free, so there is nothing to refund. If a technical defect prevents your certificate from being issued after you have earned it, contact <a href=\"mailto:support@artaquest.org\">support@artaquest.org<\/a> with the course title, and we will re-issue it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How refunds are processed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are sent back via the same method you used to pay \u2014 card payments are refunded to your card via Stripe, Interac e-Transfer is returned by Interac.
