Yes \u2014 permanently and unconditionally. Every course, lecture, reading, and quiz is free. No credit card, no trial, no time limit. You can take as many courses as you like, forever, at no cost. A financial barrier to knowledge is a barrier to who gets to think clearly \u2014 and we will not build one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A free account is required to track progress, earn Points, and access certificates. Registration takes under two minutes and needs only an email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learners aged 13 and over may register with parental or guardian consent. Certificate purchases require the account holder to be 18 or older, or to have a parent or guardian complete the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCertificates & Points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Complete all lessons and pass the course assessment. A certificate option then appears in your account. Pay the fee (typically $15–$25 CAD) to generate and download your PDF certificate. You cannot buy a certificate without first completing the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certificate fees keep the platform running without dependence on grants, governments, or tech companies \u2014 funding that always arrives with conditions attached. They also fund the bursary program, which makes permanently free learning sustainable. The fee marks genuine work: it can only be unlocked by completing the course, never bought without it. Learners who cannot afford it can apply for a bursary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Learners who have completed courses and accumulated a minimum Points threshold may apply. Applications are reviewed for genuine subject-matter depth and the ability to teach a difficult idea clearly. Not every applicant is accepted \u2014 we prioritise depth over volume. Approved instructors keep 95%<\/strong> of every certificate fee their students pay \u2014 the highest revenue share in online education. The remaining 5% funds platform maintenance and development. It operates exclusively for educational purposes and distributes no profit to members. The non-profit structure is deliberate \u2014 it protects the platform’s independence from being acquired, monetised, or quietly steered off its mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An AI is trained to minimise entropy \u2014 to collapse a world of possibilities into its single most likely answer. As a tool, that is powerful. As a substitute for thinking, it quietly narrows what people believe is possible, and rewards the habit of accepting the average answer over working one out. It also burns a great deal of energy to do it. ArtaQuest was built in response: not against the technology, but for the human faculty it cannot replace \u2014 the ability to think for yourself, and to widen a question the machine has narrowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No. We do not advocate for any tradition, denomination, or political position, and we accept no funding that would pull us toward one. We teach how the world works and how to reason clearly about why it matters \u2014 and we present the strongest honest case for competing positions rather than handing you a conclusion. The platform is for people who value intellectual honesty over belonging to a side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two sources: certificate fees (95% to instructors, 5% to platform maintenance and development) and donations from independent individuals. We deliberately do not accept money from religious organisations, governments, corporate sponsors, tech and AI companies, political organisations, or agenda-driven foundations.
